Important Dates

Order early to receive discounted pricing and avoid delays. Be sure all required forms and shipment arrangements are completed by the dates below.

Pre-Order Discount Deadline	Wednesday, May 19, 2027
EAC Forms Due	Wednesday June 2, 2026 by 5:00pm
Advance Warehouse Receiving Dates	Saturday, May 1, 2027 - Tuesday, June 1, 2027
Show Site Receiving Dates	Thursday, June 3, 2027 - Friday, June 4, 2027

Saturday June 5th	9:00am - 3:30pm

Exhibitor Move-Out

3:30pm - 4:30pm

Carriers must pick up by 5:00pm!

Additional Advance Shipment Information

There is a Material Handling Fee for Exhibit Services, Inc. to receive items at the advance warehouse. Please go to Order Services > Material Handling and add an estimated weight to your cart. Items with an unpaid balance will be withheld until payment is received.
Shipments should arrive between Saturday, May 1, 2027 and Tuesday, June 1, 2027, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Direct Shipments
