Welcome to the Exhibit Services ordering page. We are pleased to be the shipping partner for the 2026 Winter CPE. Please review the show schedule, booth package details, and shipping instructions and deadlines. Please note that the St. Charles Convention Center is the in-house decorator for this event. To order products and services for your booth please visit the "Show Suppliers" tab for their ordering website.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

There is a Material Handling Fee for Exhibit Services, Inc. to receive items at the advance warehouse. Please go to Order Services > Material Handling and add an estimated weight to your cart. Items with an unpaid balance will be withheld until payment is received.
Shipments should arrive between Monday, June 15, 2026 and Tuesday, July 28, 2026, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
