Advance Shipments

Additional Advance Shipment Information

There is a Material Handling Fee for Exhibit Services, Inc. to receive items at the advance warehouse. Please go to Order Services > Material Handling and add an estimated weight to your cart. Items with an unpaid balance will be withheld until payment is received.
Shipments should arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D"), Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Direct Shipments

There is a Material Handling Fee for Exhibit Services, Inc. to receive items at show site. Please go to Order Services > Material Handling and add an estimated weight to your cart. Items with an unpaid balance will be withheld until payment is received.
