Important Dates

Order early to receive discounted pricing and avoid delays. Be sure all required forms and shipment arrangements are completed by the dates below.

EAC Forms Due	Friday November 13th, 2026 by 5:00pm
Advance Warehouse Receiving Dates	Tuesday, September 15, 2026 - Thursday, November 12, 2026
Show Site Receiving Dates	Monday, November 16, 2026 - Tuesday, November 17, 2026

There is a Material Handling Fee for Exhibit Services, Inc. to receive items at the advance warehouse. See the Material Handling Charges tab on the homepage for pricing rules. Please go to Order Services > Material Handling and add an estimated weight to your cart. Items with an unpaid balance will be withheld until payment is received.
Shipments should arrive between Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and Thursday, November 12, 2026, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
