Important Dates

Order early to receive discounted pricing and avoid delays. Be sure all required forms and shipment arrangements are completed by the dates below.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

There is a Material Handling Fee for Exhibit Services, Inc. to receive items at the advance warehouse. Please go to Order Services > Material Handling and add an estimated weight to your cart. Items with an unpaid balance will be withheld until payment is received.
Shipments should arrive between Monday, June 1, 2026 and Tuesday, July 14, 2026, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
